Leadership Team

Stan Dworak is third generation owner of Staneco Corporation.  He grew up surrounded by Staneco and worked in all areas of the company through the years. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lafayette College in 1996, Stan began working full time at Staneco.  He has dedicated more than 20 years of his life to making Staneco the reliable, customer-oriented company you experience today. 

Mike Rahn is our Project Coordinator at Staneco.  He has been in the Engineering Department since late 1992. Before that, he focused on drafting.  He really enjoys seeing the design be developed from an initial concept to a working Control Panel.  For the past ten years, he has worked on large and complex projects that have come to Staneco that may take anywhere from six months to a year.
